Window guarantees

Hi all
I had some windows and doors fitted last year by Meridien Windows. Despite reluctantly paying in full as the doors have draughts!! I haven't received any receipt but more importantly I never received any guarantees. I was told the glass had a 10 year guarantee.
Meridien Windows now will not respond and I would like to know if I should have received any paperwork? The fitter guy was great but the so called boss is a right fool and now ignores me. Wish I'd never used them!!
