Hi

I have two payments taken out of my account 10/03/2014 the online name is MOORHOUSE GR, does anyone know who this is?

The payments taken £52.79 and £47.65.

I have done a seacrh online but on get back Moorhouse Group insurance and i have no accounts with them.

Very often when people ask the same type of question, it turns out to be an insurance policy, house/car/pet or whatever.
There doesn't seem to be any regulation of the names used by these companies, so the company you signed up with and the company you are actually insured with have totally unrelated names.

If you ever see transactions on your account you do not recognise or agree you have authorised, you should contact your bank about them immediately

Has anybody heard about the fine Moorhouse insurance received by the FSA re add-on's ?
They offered me a small amount of compensation but wasn't sure if £139.98 was just their smallest amount that they are trying to get away with ?
Anybody help ?
