Then I slice them up and have them on a sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and a ton of mayo.
    Nom!!!

Yes, and my DSs sometimes fry them and eat them hot in a bun with cheese and relish/tomato ketchup on top plus salad. Good food to have on the move for starving young men!

Add them to a jar of Tesco value tikka masala sauce, microwave for about 10 minutes and voila Chicken(ish) Tikka Masala. My kids love this.

I made them to a tika masala last night. Oh ate it withno comment whatsoever, he would usually say, mmm nice or something.. It was a bit smushy Even the cat seemed fooled for about five seconds, he ate a tiny piece then declined any more.
I don't think they will be a repeat buy for me.

I usually coat mine in BBQ sauce or spread pesto or philadelphia on top before wrapping them loosely in grease proof paper and baking at mk5 for about 25 mins.
  • I love Quorn fillets i use them in a cooking bag and add herbs spices sometimes i add potatoes carrots etc you can buy the cooking bags in any supermarket and add your own flavourings or use a maggi bag which are also nice

Another way is to serve with HM wedges salad and yogurt with sweet chili sauce that's what i had last night.

Basically any recipe that uses chicken just use these instead

I make fajitas with these too or hunters chicken

I usually buy the Quorn "chicken" pieces rather than fillets. When I bought fillets I cut them up into pieces. I usually do them in a sweet chilli sauce and bake in the oven. Serve with rice. You can add extra sweet chilli sauce at the table if necessary (or if you want it hot put some in a jug in the microwave).

The only time we use quorn fillets is when doing something like vegetarian fajitas. However, for stir fry I think the chicken chunks taste a bit better somehow. I do cut the chunks down the middle lengthwise, though. Also, I tend to marinate them for an hour or so and then cook in the wok first to caramelise slightly- helps quite a bit!
