Beko washer won't end cycle

Hi Guys,
I have a Beko washer model WME7247W

When I put it on quick wash it's only supposed to take 39 mins.
It was on 2 mins left so I thought it was finished, however, it's now on 13 mins and still washing away. Been over 2 hours now!
Any advice please

When my (admittedly older) Beko did this I (or rather my DH) discovered that it was the carbon brushes being worn that somehow upset the cycle! :o
Not sure how or why that was, but a quick clean of the brushes and commutator (big word eh! ;)) did the trick for a while before it needed new brushes.
Though it COULD be many things - programme selector, for example.

I had this with my Beko. The water wouldn't drain away, and stayed on washing for hours so I tuned off, took the plug/filter out, put back in, turned on and water drained away and it has not done it since.

ours did the same , i checked the pump with fingers could not find anything in there , so thougt if i am going to have to buy a new one may as well strip it down . if it still full off water lower the exit pipe lower than the washing machine drum and it will drain into a bowl get as much out as you can . tip it on its side and strip the pump down from underneath . when i did this i found my sons chain had wrapped around the fan i could not feel this from the front , saved me a load of money . do not try if you dont feel confident it is a easy job and unplug first ,hope this helps

Is there a filter/trap on the front that is blocked? ours (not a beko) if the trap gets blocked it stops the water draining out.
