Green Flag!!!

I tried to contact someone at Green flag yesterday regarding a letter they sent me about my account,I spent 18 minutes on a 0845 number,I spoke to 4 different people,NONE of whom helped me,I now refuse to phone this scam number again,I e-mailed them,and they said they cant help,I need to phone,although the phones are busy!!! SURE, busy making them money,does anyone know of a contact at Green Flag I can speak to,or a landline number?:(

Might take just as long but at least they are paying not you if you call from a landline.

So if greenflag are lucky they got 36p from your call. Assuming you spent half the time talking to people then it will have cost them over £1.08 so a loss for them of 72p and that only takes into account salary and not all the additional costs of an employee.

Plus 0845 are included in many modern landline and mobile contracts now.

Use https://www.saynoto0870.co.uk if you want a different number type to call rather than this scam that costs them money.

I emailed them If they would cover a car and a motorcycle ,their reply was Read the terms and conditions .Great help that was, still got a years rescue+ breakdown cover for £30 after cashback
