    Hi,

I'm a fan of the "tea towel helicopter" method myself!

My dogs think it's fantastic and try to catch the drops of water as they fly out!

I have a salad spinner. I used to use the 'teatowel method' until one day when my whole lettuce ended up over next door's garden...their rabbit ate well that night!

  • I do the teatowel at the back door method too. Salad spinners are just so big I can't find the space for one amongst all my other gadgets in the bulging kitchen cupboards!
I like cooking with wine......sometimes I even put it in the food!

You need a salad spinner. I got mine for about £2, around 15 years ago and its still fine.
It doubles up as a mini spinner for delicate clothing items ;)

A salad spinner definitely, worth their weight in gold, the salad comes out perfectly dry and crisp and fresh!
