Good propery lawyer? Joint ownership problems.

I was hoping someone with a similar experiance could advise me a good lawyer in London that deals with joint ownership issues.
Basicaly I brought a propery in the 80's with my friend and moved out after an insident at the house.
FI own 3/4 of the property for the last few years the other party has been trying to buy me out but only for what I payed for in the 80's.
I have not beenback to the house sincethe 80's, I have had no say in any changes or adaptations that have taken place. But the other pary is also trying to charge me for 20+ years of storage bills , couincil tax and renovations.

Has any one had a similar problem or knows of a good property lawyer as I really need to find out my rights as the majority owner and sort this out!

Thank you for your help.

I can't recommend any specific lawyer, but on the face of it, what you need is a litigator with experience of property / ToLATA claims
