Area subject to subsidence

Options
Just renewing my home insurance. There's a question on the form "Is the home in an area subject to subsidence?" Well, my house is in London, and most of London is built on clay, so yes, there are instances of subsidence in this area. I'm not aware of any in my street however, but yes a couple of streets away.

Am I OK to say "No" to this question? And if so is it likely that the insurer might one day reject a claim (any claim) if they decide I should have said yes?
I'm not a lawyer, so this is just my opinion. Don't go acting on legal advice you get from a stranger on the internet!

If you are uncertain and there is no help text then phone them and ask them to clarify their definition of area so that you know if its just your street, the immediate surrounding streets or if those a few streets away also are included
