If you give FD a call I would have thought they would be able to get a statement to you by early next week if not sooner, let alone the end of the month. :)

Yes the only way to get a statement is to call FD, should arrive in about 5 days; if you offer to pay a fee they can get it out sooner

Or log into online banking and order one there.

From the OP i assume they need an original statement. Few places accept copies of online statements these days.

Correct, I need to prov ive paid off my credit card as a condition for a mortgage application, my next statement isn't released until 26th and I just don't want to hold anything up.

You can call them or order one online for delivery within 5 days.

    Menu on the left.
Select "order items" then "current statement"

Is your credit card statement due sooner than the 26th, saying it's paid?

I don't think you can get an interim statement online, which might be what the OP needs
