Compromise Agreement and Mortgage Application

Hi, need some urgent help please!!

My employer has offered me a compromise agreement, however I am in the process of selling and buying a house, so concerned about how signing the agreement would affect my mortgage application.

I am seeking alternative employment as of yesterday, but securing an offer & contract will take time.

Please provide advice on the best way forward ... I am currently absent from work with repetitive strain injury caused by my job.
