Hi ,
has anyone recently sent back their A2 form Did you get a reply back or return of any origional documents you sent to them ?

I sent my a2 form back on the 10th Feb ( form said to be returned by 21st) and haven't heard anything back yet .


I also sent my tax credit document from last year as proof and it has not been sent back to me either

I know it was a while back but how long did it take to get anything back I sent mine back 3 weeks ago and nothing

I had trouble with those guys back in 2011 or was it 2012, anyway i sent my bank statements to them, took me a month to get them back, 1 bank book 1 statement, they sent book back recorded back to me, but some how lost my current account statement in the system, was not happy at all, so got back to them stating a security risk this is.
All they had to do is phone copy and send it back.
So if it's taking forever to get your paper statements back, get onto them asap.
