The role is Voluntary and you can refuse it, may sound harsh but if you are not named in the estate do you really need all the blood and guts fighting and distrust that gets Heaped on you as they smell the cash.
Let them fetch all the forms for you to sign.
Then they can squabble amongst themselves.Be happy...;)0 -
The only form I would sign in this situation is one renouncing my executorship. If I sign as an executor then I am doing the whole job so I know that there is no comebacks
