What happens if a email provider goes bust? Are you saying public money should be pumped in just for the sake of keeping a email company going?

And another thing why the hell would you choose an energy company as your email service provider!!!

In any case most ADR schemes are paid for by the suppliers.

Several people have. Why are energy companies worse than other ISPs ?

Its not their core business. They probably thought it was good advertising back in the 90s/early 2000s. However they will likely have discovered people don't switch their energy provider based on receiving an email from someone using their service.

Whereas as with proper ISP, it could impact on their customer base if they are not seen to offer an email service.

I notice one person has signed that petition since the beginning of March... bringing the total number up to twenty five.
