Care plans should be reviewed at least once a year, so the individual in this case should ask for an urgent review. Carers can also ask for a review of their carers assessment..................

you need to ask for an assessment of need when you phone social services.0

Social Services are a department of a local authority which will have a complaints process you can use. You may find your local councillor willing to advise/help/support you in your complaint. The Commission for Social Care Inspection , which inspects Social Services, is accountable to the government..................
