Dog and deep heat!!!

Why does my crazy mutt love deep heat?? I have a bad hip and knee and to try and relive the pain I sprayed myself with it and Harry went crazy:eek: tried to head roll into my leg and wouldn't leave me alone. He acted just like he does when he sees smells fox poo!! Not good for my poor leg! Any ideas?

    Mine have always acted as if I smelt like a skunk and wanted nothing to do with it
