Hiya,
I came across Choices ad on Zoopla. Was wondering whether their offerings are really below the market value and worth investment? What other things to consider if to invest into such property? Thank you!

In order to know whether any properties offered for sale are below "market value" it is necessary to be extremely familiar with the town, the neighbourhood and the street. Just because they appear to be offered below market value does not mean they actually sell for less than market value.
I'd be taking these sorts of blandishments with a huge pinch of salt.0 -
Thank you! That's what I wanted to hear, cause I live in completely different area from their offerings and wasn't sure why would such sales happen. But Im looking to invest and needed a quick guide.0

There is basically no such thing as BMV property.
If you buy a property, then you can be pretty confident you were the person that offered the highest price. You are the market.
You can buy property *cheap* of course, sometimes there are special circumstances that can deliver that. But I'd be sceptical of Choice's ability to manufacture those circumstances.0
