Cheap energy club

Hi,
We have just changed from e-on to co-op using the cheap energy club. Just paid my final bill from e-on, it was only £80.
I then have received an email from the cheap energy club to say the £30 cash back has failed. I have no idea why and unsure how to fix this. Can't email the cheap energy club back as no reply email and I have just called co-op to check everything has gone through and it has. The co-op also told me that I have to take it up with the energy club as it is nothing to do with them.
I know the cash back wasn't due until mid May but now looks like I'm going to miss out. This was factored into the price that made me switch. :(
Can anyone help me please? Thanks in advance.
