    The rent for the next term was mentioned during a conversation regarding contract renewal, not an out of the blue phone call as you suggest.

    You are beginning to bore me jjlandlord and I have a hunch life has not turned out for you quite the way you planned and you are not nearly as successful as you once wanted to be.
