We managed to match the OPs holiday but the margin within the booking was very very low with the level of discount we had to give away.
They are fully ABTA & ATOL bonded Destinology.
Never mind I hope things go well for the OP and they have a fab honeymoon.

I think the OP has to do a thorough check before booking to make sure their proposed agent has everything included, and that there aren't any minor errors in their pricing.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

I have forwarded my quote to many travel agents and they all are surprised at the rate I have got. For instance Kuoni quoted £8400 for exactly the same. The chap from Destinology was very nice and ran through the itinerary again and also sent me the Atol bond certificate aswell to confirm that we were protected so all seems fine. I understand Destinology are Maldives specialists and I also understand that the agent spoke directly to the General Manager at the resort to confirm all as they have good contact with them. Destinology also did a review of the resort on youtube. I guess the gut feeling was it is very cheap but having seen they have won various travel agent awards for specialising in Maldives and in addition the Atol protection coupled with good reviews from Money savers here, I went with it. Del thanks for your help and everyone else for your comments.Wish us luck.0

Kuoni trade on their name, makes some sense with tours etc which tend to be at the better end of the off the shelf but basic flight and hotel there is little point paying their premium.
Enjoy your honeymoon!0
