Isa + investment trust

I have saved my maximum on a cash isa, I also put in regularly into an investment trust every month. The investment trust gives me tax free savings, does this impact on how much I can save in a stocks and shares isa? Or are they two separate things and can I save the maximum in the stock and shares isa?

You need to check, the fact that you have said the IT gives you tax free savings, sounds like it is an ISA, most IT providers have their own ISAs with access to their own funds.

If you have one with them, you cant have an S&S ISA again somewhere else
