Sister spent literally an hour adding borders to a picture so it would stop cutting off peoples heads/arms/feet. Got all the the way through, was told the order was complete but hasn't received the confirmation email, so not sure if they are going to fulfil the order.

Only seems to work on the correct item now (60x40). Well done those that got their orders in. Hopefully they will get through.

Constantly getting the message 'invalid file type' even though it's a normal jpg and well within the max file size. Anyone else?

I've just seen this message on Discount code board "Official MoneySavingExpert insert, 4.20pm Wed 12 Mar: Picanova experienced technical problems with this code this morning, which meant some were able to get a canvas completely free, instead of paying £15 (see the £63 canvas for £15 deal).

This was an error and while Picanova has confirmed you WON'T be charged, your order will be cancelled. Picanova plans to send emails to all those affected within the next hour."
So I guess not free Canvas for us
