Court Details - HELP!!!!

I have just rang my local court because my claim against LLoyds Bank has been transferred to them. The problem is I asked the lady on the phone at what stage it was, she then told me that the judge has requested more particulars of the claim for the charges, she then said that they would not accept photocopies of statements but they would send a letter out with a paragragh stating the full request of info that they need.

I am now panicking bacause if they want copies of statements - when I sent my fee off to Lloyds they took the fee but only sent me a breakdown of my charges with dates and reasons but no statements..... what do I need to do???? Also does anyone know if they will be requiring nat other info??? Help Urgent please!!!! :eek: :eek: :eek:

Wait for the letter. What they usually require is an easy to read list with the date, amount and reason for each charge, rather than a mountain of copy statements.

I hope that's all I need. I have got the list of charges I sent to the bank anyway. Looks like I could be on my way to court!!! The thing that I am worried about is the Judge questioning me and me not knowing the right answers!!! :mad: :eek: :eek: :eek: :mad:
