Every employee in catering/cleaning also get 3 other days off but they take this money out of our wage every month I don't really understand what this is about. Got a letter and don't understand that lol.

Bad news I hadn't had a day off work in about 6 years and last year had a really bad cold with aching bones and had a Friday day off so no letter congratulating me this year.
