    Morning !
It's slightly damp outside however it looks like the sun is going to come out :)
Not sure if it's worth going to tesco for the men's £1 sale as there hasn't been very much over the last couple of days for woman and kids :(

    Morning all.

Thought I'd do a DeeDee this morning, so I went to A and found a couple of things that I bought that may be of interest..

Hellmans mayonnaise 750ml squeezy bottle is actually 2 for £3 instore, but is a straight £3.98 on mse/msl and £2 in W. The idea here is hopefully pay £3 for 2 and get an apg comparison £7.96 v £4 (returning £4.36), meaning a profit of £1.36 for every two.

Branston pickle is actually 2 for £3 instore, but is a straight £2.66 on mse/msl and £2 in S. The idea here is hopefully pay £3 for 2 and get an apg comparison £5.32 v £4 (returning £1.72), meaning each big jar costs 64p.

Thought I'd mention it early in case any of you fancy a dabble. For the sensible ones prepare to wait, results are expected at around 11am.

Edit: In the time it has taken me to write this post mse has updated to reflect the correct prices. Bingers!!

I know there are a few fitties on here - Has anyone by any chance done the Focus T25 workouts (made by the Insanity people)? tIA

If you search on youtube for 'Shaun T the holiday edge', you can find one minute workouts in a similar vein. I've built up to doing all 15 most days. maybe worth trying to see how you get on with the programme.

I've put them on a youtube playlist so they play one after another, takes about 25 minutes to work through the lot.

Yes :D:D No surprise there then!

T25 I think is brilliant for people just starting out in getting fit. It is broken down into 2 five week blocks Alpha and Beta (there is also gamma but that is additional extra)

Alpha literally starts of at walking pace and there is a modifier you can follow throughout if you can't do the moves.

It is really a good introduction to fitness and the 25 mins is it's best selling point because loads of people say they don't have time. This is HIIT training at it's best you will exhaust one part of your body till you can't go any further and then move on to another area straight away.

There is a double workout on Friday which means you can have the weekend off so to speak ( there is a stretch on Sunday which is just as important in my opinion)

As with anything you have to commit to not only the programme but healthy food choices as well to get the best results.

    Any questions fire away :)

    HTH :)

ETA if you really want a challenge then Insanity is the answer :D:D but it slightly longer.

Thanks, am going to give it a go. I do already have the Insanity workouts, but found it hard to commit to doing them as often as you need to (in fact I only ever did the original fitness test and never got as far as the actual workouts! :o). Will give the T25 a go, and also check out the youtube vids. Cheers :beer:
