I know there are a few fitties on here - Has anyone by any chance done the Focus T25 workouts (made by the Insanity people)? tIA
Yes:D No surprise there then!
T25 I think is brilliant for people just starting out in getting fit. It is broken down into 2 five week blocks Alpha and Beta (there is also gamma but that is additional extra)
Alpha literally starts of at walking pace and there is a modifier you can follow throughout if you can't do the moves.
It is really a good introduction to fitness and the 25 mins is it's best selling point because loads of people say they don't have time. This is HIIT training at it's best you will exhaust one part of your body till you can't go any further and then move on to another area straight away.
There is a double workout on Friday which means you can have the weekend off so to speak ( there is a stretch on Sunday which is just as important in my opinion)
As with anything you have to commit to not only the programme but healthy food choices as well to get the best results.
Any questions fire away

ETA if you really want a challenge then Insanity is the answer:D but it slightly longer.
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

I've been up since 5.
Dd2 crying in pain because she hasn't pooped for a week.
So we have the potty out, wreck it ralph on the tv and one very tired mummy !
Hope she is ok Louise. Try some fruit or bran if she will eat it. It may be a good idea to ring NHS direct on 111 to get advise xxCherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

Good Morning. Ferrero roche coming up as N/A against Morrisons and strangely so are the 6 pack of creme eggs. I'm wondering if they are doing the N/A trick again as apparently Morrisons don't sell loose bananas either  They did match against Tesco & Sains both the eggs and the Ferrero.Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

So far this morning I've been woken up at 6.50am by text, 10 minutes later by something falling through my front door and 10 minutes later again by a cat paddling on my bladder :eek:0 -
