So, shopping done today (some of it). Total 'spend' instore, after wombles, was 3p. Nominal cost of fuel for the trip 50p. So let's see if it was a profitable trip. My shopping was all "Mr A a lot cheaper" items, so no APG back. I won't be able to confirm for definite whether they can be used as fillers though, as I bought "not enough items":((but really :D:j).

At least not one of my muggle's shops. Whoever did this shop - in a large A superstore on a retail park - why would you? They bought some 20p sweets and two different 10p Haribos. And nothing else:rotfl::rotfl:. Why?!?:wall::D:rotfl:

    Obviously hungry:rotfl:.

The rest - one of them looks no good as too many £1s for my liking:(. The others, one of my mugglers has gone for some alcohol, that may/may not be good, together with a 'reduced' item (of the £1.14 'reduced' variety:rotfl::wall::eek:) and possibly 7 other different items, or maybe just 6:( - they do like to scrape it even more than I do.:eek::rotfl:

This is not a glitch.Straight comparison but need to buy two.

Oh ok , it's just the chinese flavour ones are 2 for £5 and thought these may be on the same offer.

Anther interesting food quote. China consume almost 50% of the worlds pork - and this figure is still rising dramatically due to the growing economy, Asian people having more money and therefore eating a diet with more protein, especially pork.
    On that note, I'm logging off. :D G'night x

    Ah love that song! :D

    Evening all

With a skip, hop and a jump I'm now up to date!

Much excitement today, my tickets for Sarah Millican arrived :j Less than 2 weeks to go now :D Only booked the tickets about 18 months ago!

All I need now is someone to come with me :( :rotfl:
Don't have anyone to watch DD so that rules OH out. Sure I'll get something sorted though.

    Hope all is well :)

Glad your tickets have arrived LFAB :)

I have tickets booked to see Miranda at NIA 8th April and they still have not arrived. I did phone last week and they said they had started to send them out.

It's first time I have ever ordered through ticket factory and last I think. Ridiculous wait for something when like you I paid about 18 months ago.

Unfortunately news has got worse today, according to my solicitor my buyer has been in tears. And to be honest so have I. :(

At this very late stage her buyer has said he wants permission from leaseholder that he can make alterations before he will exchange and apparently that can take up to 4 weeks.

Where that leaves us if the answer is no is anyones guess. He is being given ultimatum tomorrow but where that leaves me if she does not have a buyer is up "poo" street.

Any advice from anyone who has been in similar position gratefully received. :o

Mum had problems once with a buyer but she got a bridging loan. Not sure they even do those any more.
To be honest if you have a good solicitor they will be able to advise best. Likewise your buyer.
Been very difficult seeing there is barely a chain, maybe her buyer will demand a reduction tomorrow to go ahead. Highly likely if he is in the game.
Fingers crossed you get a resolution soon.

TM I hope your dd is not too bruised and you are all getting over the initial shock.
Once the dust settles is it possible to look into insuring her hands incase something ever happens again? Like you say it is a career at stake and not an easy disapline to switch from.

All these shops to use the cond spends up meant I had 10p off a litre on the fuel save so I filled the car up on the way out.

Then I went to As. I desperately need coke cans so I bought 3x30 cans. Used a £14.89 APG from the HE shampoo last week and paid £6.11 for my 90 cans of coke :money: :D

Ts I am so sorry things are not going right at the moment, I know how stressful it is when things don't go to plan so late in the house process..a few years ago we were due to exchange and complete on the same day and the whole lot fell through..it was so stressful . I really hope things are not held up to much longer for you x

    Thank you x

That must have been awful for you thinking you were moving and it didn't happen. Did it go through eventually for you or did you have to start again?

I think they purposely send them put as late as possible to make it difficult for touts to sell on at inflated prices.
Hope your house sale gets sorted out asap :A
