At parents evening we were showed this that my 5 year old daughter had done .. She had 5 wishes... Made me smile

    null_zps82b91d67.png

    Translated as

    I wish I was a fairy

    I wish I had a pink house

I wish the teachers could have dresses

I wish all the poor people who don't have money and the people that have money give to the poor

I wish there were no stinging nettles !!

Hi everyone again!:) (How do you know she meant "could"?:D:rotfl:)

    It's a nice note and nice handwriting:T.

Wondering if the Fairy is 530ml Fairy Clove:rotfl:. The teachers can have dresses - they can have the one one of my muggles bought with their 7 grocery items:rotfl:. Indeed, no stinging nettles here, of the non-comp. variety.

Jut wanted to drop a quick note about a website I have just bumped into called Rebrickable.com. It is for Lego Fans, and allows you to enter on it all the lego sets that you own (and any odd parts) and will then work out all the peices you own. It then cross matches your lego with all the other lego sets and tells you what other things you can build with the peices you already have. A great way of getting more use out of what you have, rather than spending money on buying new sets.

    Hth.

It also then gives you all the instructions too!
  • I recently applied for a job as a scriptwriter on Hollyoaks, but got told that my story ideas were too gritty and realistic. They were looking for something a bit more lighthearted, and suggested I might be more suited to a primetime BBC1 crime drama called Witless Silence ... so I'm going to try them next (do they have a lot of bollywood musical numbers in it?).

FruFru Beacoup is actually my poledancing stage-name, so remember, if you see that name on a bill poster, don't forget to tip well ... both the boys and the girls:p

And so, since it's past the watershed and everyone else is watching football ... what would be your poledancing stage-name???:D

Well I goggled it and apparently I am Amsber?! :rotfl:

Ts I am so sorry things are not going right at the moment, I know how stressful it is when things don't go to plan so late in the house process..a few years ago we were due to exchange and complete on the same day and the whole lot fell through..it was so stressful . I really hope things are not held up to much longer for you x

It is so sad...that despite the urge I am remaining PC.

Did your friends divorce soon afterwards?

In relation to the house, I think the first buyers are trying to get money knocked off!

Jelly have you ever had a full mental health assessment?

No SSM they are still happily married ;), I hope he didn't have to explain to his wife what they were doing in his boot if that's where they ended up. :o

You could be right about the property developer buying hers, I guess it's his business and he has to be ruthless. :(

It's basically saying that the price of corn has gone up dramatically. In the US, 40% of their corn is used to make ethanol (for fuel). There is less corn for animal feed and also for us (cornflakes etc).

The animal feed pushes the price of everything up, including the meat of the animals.

Now talking about eggs - cost of battery hens/eggs and free range. Their dependence on corn for the chicken feed affects egg prices. It's really interesting.

Read in paper also rise in population big problem...higher demand for food

Something very similar happened to my sister, all members of the chain altered their price and took less to ensure the chain did not die, but it left a very bitter taste in their mouths.

When there is bereavement issues linked to the sale, I think it is just cruel...
