I wondered if the Elite could help me with something I do not have in my stash! I need to buy a bottle of wine for a retirement present (tomorrow). Do not know anything about wine! Any suggestions very much appreciated. I am sure lots of you will have a stash!

There are currently rumours of reduced price champagne in the co-op if you have one nearby.
Otherwise, depends on your budget - the most in vogue white at the moment is probably Sauvignon Blanc (particularly the New Zealand ones).
Or for red - a nice Rioja? Vina Mara rioja is quite highly regarded.

Has he done it before? Just sing the fillers song to him!!
I've still got that in my head.

He is really good normally! He tends to talk to me before and get a list together, but trying to tell him as he walks around A and his phone cuts off every two minutes.... my patience has gone... and now he has given up and gone home empty handed!

The apg just let me put my details in, but I did not have 8 items (darn sellotape :p So I dont know if it is working now or not.

And darn expensive sellotape too. More expensive than Sains. recently and, as a non-grocery item, not covered and not refunded against! Then again Sains. sellotape price was way more expensive than previous pricing some time before, so I even missed off buying any in Sains. as a BM filler - still too expensive!:D:rotfl:

I was going to say the same- if you search my posts, I posted earlier about cheap champagne in co-op :)

savvy read the post to which I was referring, the poster made an error when they said they did not get a pp. it was because the one item that could of compared did not. so stop skimming and read the detail :D

I did read the post you were referring to and didn't have anything to add to it. So I replied to your post instead and ignored the detail of the OP:D. My reply is thus relevant to that and not relevant to the detail you were referring to, so your reply is irrelevant to mine:p:D:D:rotfl:.
