That fell through in January, they were £20,000 short on their supposedly agreed in principal mortgage. I remarketed with the proviso they could come back on board but never heard from them again.
A lady retiring is buying offer mid January within 3 days of remarketing and 4 other viewings. She was meant to already be ahead of me with her sale.0 -

I don't know if this is old news, but you can use conditional spends at Morries on giftcards!
I wombled a £4 WYS £40 as I walked in. Only wanted a few bits so I thought I do a test purchase on 3V cards + a few other bits to put the SA off the scent. Worked fine and I got another WYS to use next time.
I've got a £10 BM to get rid of next. Anyone know if you use these on GCs?
The last time I tried the till said no :eek::eek: This was on Sainsbobs own gc's though so not sure about 3V or branded ones sorry.
I do know that T's PP work against T's GCs fine though, no use to you at the moment I know!Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be
And get lots of glitches!0 -
