    Advice needed .. Said child keeps being sick (all under control) would you ring parents or leave it ?

    Seems this one has drunk a mix of vodka bar cardi and sours but no one will say how much... He took it from his house.. He is asleep again now and is bringing up water but begged me not to call his parents( first time he has come here so don't really know his parents)

    Oh dear, think it's going to be a long night for you. I don't think I would be able to sleep while he is still under influence.

    Good sign he is still coherent and can think well enough to ask for you not to call his parents.

    If it was me I think I would probably do bedside vigil, and not call them unless he starts to suffer worse. Difficult call. :(

    Thanks for your advice :) I've just called in cover for work and am sat here with him...the joys :)
