DS only likes bananas that are green and not much else. As we're a species thgat's meant to eat a plant-dominated diet, it's a struggle to get things onto his plate that aren't (a) plain meat or (b) some white starchy potato product. And mixing them isn't an option.

Anybody like Worcestershire crisps? We've got a cupboard of them. I'm hoping if they ever invent a star drive it'll need those crisps instead of those ridiculous dilithium crystals.:D

It's really unfortunate that you need the original certificate, or a copy of it from FENSA. That's probably what's taking the time?
I do agree though, it's something you'd have to hand if you were selling?

I am just shocked it has not been picked up until now. Though guess that is her buyer's solicitors fault. I hope it has been ordered already, read online earlier they can take ages to arrive.

It was quite obvious from the questions I had to answer was a problem if you had windows fitted after april 2002 you needed either building regs approval or fensa cert, so I told my solicitor then I didn't have either. I even did my own checking online to see fensa had not been issued for mum's.

I must have brains after all. :rotfl:

EA said exchange early next week now. But he said that week before. Really wish I had thought to take my buyers phone no. to speak to her direct about it. :o

If I'm ever feeling peed off at trying to get DS2 to eat more healthily. I think of a friend of mine. His daughter was featured on a TV programme a few years back. She restricted her diet more than anyone I'd come across :( all she would eat was Sainsburgs own brand cooking chocolate  what they went through made me totally count my blessings! and still does!!

The worse I had was sweets stuck to the carpet the next morning as they had overindulged. :rotfl:

I would love to be a fly on the wall in your house at the moment. ;)

I'm sorry ILTS but this has got me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I would have been like you not have even considered it at 13, I was a good girl at that age. Now at 15 that would have been a different story. ;)

I wonder how your DD is getting on FC. :rotfl:

Evening all, finally home! I officially hate Friday traffic - 13 hours to do a round trip from London to Nottinghamshire. How's everyone? Also TS I got your message but didn't want to wake you up responding :)
