The ould clock is ticking very fast tonight folks. We have got loads of shares and I thank you all very much. I'm afraid that things are not looking the best in the plank department. So we will give it another go if you are up for it folks. So here we go again.
12,000 plus suicides in the uk and Ireland last year. What are the powers that be doing ? Nothing.
Haz is walking the 86 counties, 5,000 miles for console suicide prevention and counselling services uk and Ireland. Tonight haz is in Pontardulais and needs a plank for a few hours before he heads to Swansea in the morning, so if anyone has any contacts in the area that is willing to give me a plank, please contact me on Facebook or Twitter me or call me
