Going into town is a nightmare (even without glitch shopping) but his mother must always have bribed him to behave in town as in every shop we are in he insists he has to have some sort of treat food eg biscuits, crisps, sausage roll etc. Its very exasperating. And nor am I being his mother, tidying his washing up and sorting his wardrobe out - :mad:

I have tried to go on domestic duties strike a few times but it was a disaster. With 3 kids even after half an hour anarchy would reign and I'd have to give up.

My OH's mum used to get up in the middle of the night when they came in from a night club to cook them something fresh.... God he had a shocker when he moved in with me!

I once told him he had to pack for holidays all by his own, we were going to america for 3 weeks, he took 4 pairs of undies, two t-shirts and a pair of shorts!

And then stole all of the eldest son's clothes and wondered why people looked at him as if he was stupid.... he was dressed like a .... well imagine a grown man dressing in clothes that an 11 year old had chosen! lots of names spring to mind...but it is the day light shift! and then to cap it off, he shouted out 'I love Barney' in a very inappropriate place!
