    The code, as you put it, is in fact a debit card. You treat it exactly the same as you would your debit or credit card and enter the details just the same. You will also have been given an expiry...ie 03/15...you enter that as the expiry date of the debit card.
    Does that make sense?

    That's normal...they start trickling through...few pennies to start with...takes a few hours.
