I'm guessing they must have already spent close to £25 and now just spent over £50 which took them over. £75
You can apparently only carry your points into the next month in multiples of. 2p.
Its unnecessarily complicated and even the "expert " instore couldn't answer my questions without referring to the t&cs (i already knew the answers, i was just curious how informed they were :rotfl:)
Lol, thanks well if they re anything like my local not very. I even had to educate the customer service woman to the fact that 150 points were given for £50 worth of gift cards
