This is my Tosco shop from Sunday which was mainly to use up a stack of MOCs and points mailings
I got more b and Q gift cards so I could use a conditional spend and a TPP.

Id forgotten my pomegreat MOCs which was annoying as I also had a mailing MOC.

I was hoping to do the £6 meal deal but it did not seem to be in my tiny store - mind you that would have meant another £15.00 spend (2 £6 meal deals and 3 pomegreats) which can wait for next time.

so 346 in points and less than a tenner in real money, not too shabby and a tiny TPP for next time.

Its a pity about the butter, it works for other people but not for me.

Really, it all depends on you, as a starting point - anywhere between 8 -12 reps for 3 sets (rest for 30 seconds between sets) You want to feel the muscle 'burn' as you are nearing the end of the reps. If that is too easy then move you feet further away/ up to intensify the exercise.

I do this with two feet up on a chair so it is nearly all my bodyweight I'm lifting.

Experiment, have fun with it :)

    Have fun
