Morning everyone, can I just ask with the c and c and the apg, is there anyway of knowing when the amount is in your account without having to do a shop and going through to checkout please.? I'd like to do some more shops but don't want to spend real money when I have apgs waiting? I have read about making sure you spend real money too as they can cancel orders so thanks to op for that helpful tip :)

    Morning all.
Just off down canal on my walk. What's the best way to tone up arms ? Wish I could do it at same time as power walking.
    Have a great day.

Tricep dips are good for that trouble area :)

You can make it harder just by adjusting the position of feet - further away, raise one leg up etc to make it harder.

Well I have already 'exhausted' myself this morning - 40 mins of interval training :D:D So ready to face the day and what it has to throw at me :)

    Morning! btw :rotfl:
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
