    Morning all.
Just off down canal on my walk. What's the best way to tone up arms ? Wish I could do it at same time as power walking.
    Have a great day.

Not sure, but I am of an age where most women have bingo wings but I do not, I do a lot of cycling and if I get a lot of shopping I have to push or pull it back so maybe exercise along those lines :D

Bet you've had a fabulous time. Any more pics......sorry dashing out the door:)

I've taken loads but for some reason my phone and the hotel wifi aren't getting on too well, so struggling to get pictures onto iPad. Here's a quick one from Saturday for Mr TM.

    Morning all,
done a major catch up haven't done eggs or cc for birds omg I'm a bad eliter.
but have spent the weekend doing some baying to make some £.
I have also listed my youngest buggy sad moment but may as well have some £ from it as we hardly ever use it and have stroller which i can leave in the car.
I hope to go on holiday if i try hard enough to sell my unwanted stuff
I am going to ask sunshine stacey on hduk and see if she can find me an amazing deal.
and I have also sorted some stuff for a car boot sale plan on doing that in a few weeks.

    :)

Packed & ready to leave but train doesn't go until 9.30 :o:o

You can never be too early :o:o:o

The short walk to station may be full of problems :rotfl:

Weather is dull & overcast :)

We will time in Swansea between trains so look forward to that :)
