I know a good story about growing old, but it is far too rude, even for the night shift!

Good post. I used to teach students from a deaf school. ONe of them had come across an article about intelligence services using deaf people in surveillance, untilising their lip-reading skills either filtering conversations in large crowded meetings or using binoculars to monitor conversations from a distance. Not such a daft idea with hindsight.

    This musician's on the spectrum.

I got it from an organisation that has set up a skills matching service. matching autistic people up to suitable jobs. It's a fab idea but it's only in the very early stages. They are trying very hard to get funding at the moment.
I've been involved in it (in a very small way) Im personally not struck on the name of it, but they have good ideas and are heading in the right direction.

Shameless plug :o......they are trying to win funding at the moment. If anyone fancies casting a vote for them, they can do so here :)

Voted is it just one vote per person or per day?:)
We are many we are one xxx

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.
