My DD has a hearing impairment.....not that she lets it hinder her at all!! in fact she has been known to use it to her advantage! :cool:

Ive been doing a bit of.....call it volunteer work? trying to help this organisation get off the ground. The NAS got behind them and it's looking good

I've been involved in it (in a very small way) Im personally not struck on the name of it, but they have good ideas and are heading in the right direction.

I will be the first person to admit Im not the greatest fan of voting competitions......Ive seen them bring out the very worst in people but it seems that that is the way forward so I may need to move with the times
