I have a horrid fear of the hairdressers, I once let my mate (many years ago) cut my almost waist length hair. It ended up just past my shoulders. she was training to be a hairdresser at the time. I can confidently say she should never be let loose with a pair of scissors again.:eek:
It scared me for life
I hate getting my hair cut these days, the one person I trusted to do it had the nerve to move to Australia :rotfl:
I have the same fear, thought I was the only one! On the plus side it has saved me a fortune over the years. Dreading when I reach that age when I have to actually have a style, rather than 'up' which is what I have always had. At what age is too old for long hair?Pan drawers in 2016 £1500 needed.0 -

I'm not a hairdresser fan these days either.......I used to be there every 4 weeks  for the full works. How times change
I don't think you're ever too old for long hair as long as you keep it nice. Mines quite long at the minute but I don't wear it up much. that said I have been toying with the idea of a nice inverted bob for a while now0 -
Hi aau1,
Sorry I haven't replied before but with the weight watchers cereal it is as follows.
Asda buy at £2.28 which compares with Tesco at £1.50 there for a difference of 78p and then the voucher which is worth £1 so actually getting it for £1.28. Tesco price £1.50 difference being 22p to be paid to take it away.
Thanks for replying.
I'm not sure why you think you would get £1 50 back on the apg though
You're right that you only pay £1.28 after the MOC but what you get back on APG is the difference of £2.28 and £1.35 ( £1.50 less 10%) which is 93p
£1.28 paid less APG of 93p = cost of 35p.
A decent price :T ...but not a profitApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

Last seen at T's exchanging a PP for a large steak!;)
I thought steak was supposed to be exchanged for a different two letters today
And i think said exchange is best done somewhere a little less public :eek:Apparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

I've been involved in it (in a very small way) Im personally not struck on the name of it, but they have good ideas and are heading in the right direction.
Shameless plug......they are trying to win funding at the moment. If anyone fancies casting a vote for them, they can do so here

Good post. I used to teach students from a deaf school. ONe of them had come across an article about intelligence services using deaf people in surveillance, untilising their lip-reading skills either filtering conversations in large crowded meetings or using binoculars to monitor conversations from a distance. Not such a daft idea with hindsight.
This musician's on the spectrum.
