Yes filled my name and DOB in. I was grouted because the expiry date and name are in 2 different pens and handwriting
She told me I'd need the letter that came with the cards (which is long since destroyed) but I hadn't thought of my email.
How would that work with the ones I gave away then as tiger has some

If you haven't got your email could you look into your order history on the bs web site and retrieve it from there?

So once more won't hurt. As long as you've clicked on 'Get a Voucher' and it says it will be with you within 7 days....then yes you can do another.

Just collected my muc off brushes from Halfords. He scanned the products and said they are £16.99 each....I said, No, they are £1, here is the print off from the website when I ordered yesterday. He then scanned the paperwork inside the box, which scanned at £1 each....thanks Lawrie x

I think you just got unlucky with the SA. I never had any problems in the past when I filled in the details myself and I've not heard of anyone else having trouble. Try a different shop next time.

    Afternoon all :)
I wonder if some kind soul can help me out :)
Popped into body shop today and got trouted trying to use my lyb card :(
The trout told me I could have just walked in the store and picked a blank one up as there was no proof I'd already bought it.
Anyone used one of these before to get the free birthday gift?
I plan on having a few birthdays this month :D and I was obviously extremely upset I wouldn't be able to get my free gift in store today as it was my birthday!! :D

I'm gonna try using is again on Monday in a different BS when I meet up with tiger, just want to make sure I get my facts right this time :o

Ive used 3 now no probs...1 more to go!;)

    Welcome back nanna xx:)

Genius! That idea wouldn't work as these are replacement cards but I checked my emails.
I have the e-mail from customer service for when they sent the cards a second time (first ones didn't arrive and they refused me a refund).
It has all the numbers on it so I give a copy to Tiger in case she gets trouted too :j

Thanx for everybody's help :j now to figure out what to buy with the cards for the hampers I'm making :)
