    Afternoon all :)
I wonder if some kind soul can help me out :)
Popped into body shop today and got trouted trying to use my lyb card :(
The trout told me I could have just walked in the store and picked a blank one up as there was no proof I'd already bought it.
Anyone used one of these before to get the free birthday gift?
I plan on having a few birthdays this month :D and I was obviously extremely upset I wouldn't be able to get my free gift in store today as it was my birthday!! :D

I'm gonna try using is again on Monday in a different BS when I meet up with tiger, just want to make sure I get my facts right this time :o

Or do you have email proof that you have purchased them :)
One cannot change the past, but one can ruin the present by worrying over the future.

    Hi dipdap...
I'm presuming that you got the lyb card online.... I bought one instore and they do fill it in for you whilst you are instore, they wouldn't let me fill it in at later date.

Just tell them that you bought it online and that's how it came, or put the details in yourself... Mine only has my first name on, dob and the expiry of the date that it was purchased.

I haven't used one of these for a while. My ones from the last glitch never did arrive and I got refunds. Did you fill the DOB in on it?
Or do you have email proof that you have purchased them :)

Yes filled my name and DOB in. I was grouted because the expiry date and name are in 2 different pens and handwriting
She told me I'd need the letter that came with the cards (which is long since destroyed) but I hadn't thought of my email.
How would that work with the ones I gave away then as tiger has some
    Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
    Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
    Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55
