4. No purchase necessary; however internet access, a valid Facebook, Twitter or Instagram account is required.
5. The prizes:
a. Weekly Prize: Each week for 8 weeks of the Promotion Period, five winners will be selected to win a Sacla’ Hamper, which will include 1 x Sacla’ Tea towel, 1 x ‘Big Book of Pesto’, 2 x Squeeze-A-Little, 3 x Pronto Stir-in pasta sauces, 1 x Whole Cherry Tomato Paste sauce, 1 x Antipasto, 1 x Risotto sauce, 2 x Intenso Stir-in Pasta Sauces and 2 x Pesto.
b. Grand Prize: 1 winner will be selected from the all the cumulative entries received during the Promotion Period to win a holiday for 2 people for 5 nights to Cinque Terre, Italy.
The prize includes return economy flights, 5 nights at a 3* hotel sharing a twin or double room, £500 spending money, car hire for the duration of the holiday and comprehensive travel insurance (excluding pre-existing medical conditions). The prize must be booked by 5th January 2015 and the holiday must be taken by 5th May 2015. Blackout dates apply: Christmas (20th December 2014 – 2nd January 2015) and Easter (Good Friday 3rd April 2015 – Easter Monday 6th April 2015) and all UK bank holidays. Please see clause 12 for further details.
c. Runners Up Prize: 2 winners will be selected from all the cumulative entries received during the Promotion Period to win £250 supermarket vouchers for a supermarket of their choice from the following options: Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Morrisons, The Co-operative Food or Asda.
6. Weekly Winner selection: The weekly draws will be conducted within 5 working days of each weekly closing date across the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the draw will be conducted by an independent party.
7. Weekly Winner notification: The winners will be contacted via the route in which they entered within 5 working days of the draw. If the winner is not contactable or fails to respond to any correspondence within 14 days of dispatch of the winner notification email or call, they will lose their entitlement to the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant, selected in the same manner.
8. Grand Prize and Runners up Winner Selection: All entries will be judged by a panel of judges containing at least one independent judge. Entries will be judged based on the following criteria:
a. Presentation;
b. Innovation; and
c. Authenticity
The winners will be determined within 15 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
9. Grand Prize and Runners up Winner notification: The winners will be contacted via the route in which they entered within 14 working days of winner selection. If the winner is not contactable or fails to respond to any correspondence within 14 days of dispatch of the winner notification email or call, they will lose their entitlement to the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next placed entrant.
10. Entries will be rejected and removed if they:
a. contain defamatory, malicious, indecent or other inappropriate content;
b. include the names, likenesses, photographs, videos or similar of any individual without their express permission;
c. have not been uploaded specifically for the promotion;
d. refer to other brands other than the Promoter;
e. represent a danger to health and safety; or
f. Include any reference or image linked to inappropriate or excess drinking.
11. Please allow 28 days from the date of winner address confirmation for delivery of the Weekly and Runner up Prizes
Further Grand Prize Details:
Flight and Airline:
a. Airline seats are subject to availability;
b. Flights will depart from a London Airport only and flights will arrive in Florence only;
c. Guest must be 18+;
d. Flights must be booked a minimum of 4 weeks in advance;
e. The winner and their guest must travel together in both directions;
f. Tickets are non-refundable or non-transferable;
g. Luggage is limited to one suitcase per traveller, and no more than 15kg per suitcase;
h. All applicable taxes, fees, charges and surcharges shall be paid by the Promoter;
i. The winner and their guests must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage;
j. Once tickets have been issued, they are only valid for flights and dates shown;
k. If a booking is cancelled, no alternative tickets will be issued;
l. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted;
m. All winners travelling must have a valid passport for travel;
n. Transfers to and from the London airport are not included;
o. Comprehensive travel insurance is included in the prize for winner or guest aged up to and including 73 years of age; It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their guest to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their guest are aged 74 or over. This will be the prize winner’s responsibility and proof of insurance will be required prior to departure;
p. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, on-board meals and drinks); and
q. Any costs or expenses not expressly included in the Prize pursuant to these Terms and Conditions including without limitation, travel to and from airports, excess baggage, car parking charges, excursions, attractions will be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
Hotel Conditions:
a. The Promoter will pay the cost of the standard room plus related room taxes; and
b. The Winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.
Car Hire: Prize includes car rental for the duration of the holiday. The nominated drivers must hold a valid, clean driving license and be over 21 years of age. Car hire includes unlimited mileage, collision damage waiver insurance, theft protection insurance and airport/city surcharges but excludes fuel costs. If the chosen vehicle is not available for any reason whatsoever, a suitable alternative vehicle will be provided.
