Hiya
First time of selling & buying ! :undecided
We are putting our flat on the market shortly and have seen conveyquote.com mentioned on 'the advisory' as a recommended conveyancing solicitor.
I called them today, as well as 4 other solicitors and they were the best priced.
Therefore I wanted to know what experiences other people may have had with them?
Thanks in advance

Used them and was pretty happy. Its a "no-frills" service but given the price that's kinda what I expected.
Both properties were freehold so fairly simple. No messing around with managing agents etc..
If it had been more complicated I think I would have chosen a more expensive firm and got a more specialist and personal service.0 -
Personally I'd only use a local solicitor I can meet, and where I can go in for explanations, and to drop off papers.
As for the quote, make sure it really is the cheapest even after the extras have been added in. Read the T&Cs small print and watch out for exclusions.0
