Probably not, but I'm generally a 'bit' angsty about things. Like I said, I wasn't expecting someone to come into my house and put holes in it.
Thanks for the reassurance everyone, now I can move on to worrying about what will come up in the survey and whether the buyers will try to reduce their offer....0 -
Unless something was flagged up on the survey I wouldn't worry. Pin holes certainly won't be...An opinion is just that..... An opinion0

It sounds to me as if the surveyor has been thoroughly checking a recently re-decorated area; I know I would. Whilst you might have innocently tarted up the bay to help your sale, many other sellers use paint/wallpaper/tiles/carpet etc to conceal problems such as damp.
Worry about your new place and leave the pinpricks to your buyer.Mornië utulië0
