Had a phone call last week, someone purchased goods to the value of £1,000+ using my wifes card number. They asked had we purchased these goods. We Had not.
Thay immediately cancelled the transaction (and wifeys card) and issued a new card.
What wonderful service in this day and age. Most impressed
