I'm in credit by around £400 with my energy company and they will not credit it back to my account due to a billing block at their end. Any advice please

    Npower. We WAS TOD £390 then around £600 and then £1000 was mentioned. We spoke to customer complaints who called us back and said it was £290 and they would refund that?!?!
