iPad to telly cable?

Hey!

I'm thinking of getting NetFlix to watch the final part of Breaking Bad i've not seen. I was goign to watch it on my iPad and connect it to my telly.

I've heard some mixed reviews for cables that don't do it, does anyone know of any that do? It's an iPad with one if the small bits for plugging in!

I've never heard of being able to connect an ipad to a TV but there are answers here:

Above is the official Lightning adapter that will allow you to then use a HDMI lead to connect to your TV.

Dont think there are any offical third party ones. You can obviously get knock off ones from China but evidently are more likely to have issues


Alternatively you could look at getting AppleTV or equiv to allow you to stream it to the TV rather than having a wired connection.

There was another thread on here about this a couple of weeks ago, I've got a cable from ebay which works brilliantly and mirrors anything on my ipad and also charges it at the same time. Search ebay for HDMI to ipad and you will find what you need for less than a tenner, can't find the item number I bought but the seller was 'digitalbristol' and they have good feed back if you want to check them out. I have no connection to them by the way.
