Are Zoopla offering to buy your house for their estimate ?

You can use their "tempt me" function if you need a buyer

Is that due to flood water, Saltywater?

Thankfully not, though the council are offering some help to affected residents.

This poll is nothing more than a gloater's charter. A front to mock the renter. A willy to waggle in the very face of the disenfranchised young.

I want no part of it. Though looking at Zoopla's values just now did cheer me up no end.

I'm using my Zoopla estimates to tell me how much it is rising Month to Month.

I keep records on a spreadsheet so I know what last months estimate was.
I'm sorry but that's really really sad.
  • I voted 'price fell' even though I do not own property. :D

Admit it, it will fall sooner or even sooner....:rotfl:

I live in London only for work, I don't want to be saddled with property so prefer renting at the mo, means I can be anywhere I want and still save around £1300 a month. I won't be buying in London, it's a **** hole therefore would not touch London with a barge pole.

Why did you vote in a poll that was clearly not aimed at you? You're skewing the poll results.
Don't blame me, I voted Remain.

It's proof that polls can lie.
