I'm using my Zoopla estimates to tell me how much it is rising Month to Month.
I keep records on a spreadsheet so I know what last months estimate was.0 -

Not sure, I don;t like Zoopla estimated values, they are so inaccurate.

15% reduction after taking in inflation since 2010.
